Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the services webmotion.io and its subdomains provide electronically, in line with the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means.

1. Service provider

The service provider is Paweł Kościak, a sole proprietor doing business as webmotion Paweł Kościak, Cieszacin Wielki 43, 37-500 Jarosław, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 7922330560, REGON 543659514, registered in the Polish Central Register of Business Activity (CEIDG). Contact: [email protected].

2. Services

The service provider offers the following services free of charge:

  • browsing the site — making the content of webmotion.io available,
  • desk.webmotion.io ticket system — correspondence about enquiries and projects and checking the status of tickets,
  • snappass.webmotion.io — one-time, encrypted sharing of a password or other confidential information through a link.

The agreement to provide a service is concluded when you start using it and ends when you stop — for the ticket system once the ticket is closed, for snappass once the message is read or expires. You can stop using the services at any time.

3. Technical requirements

  • a device with internet access,
  • an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled,
  • for the ticket system — a working email address.

4. Rules of use

  • You must not send unlawful content, including content infringing the rights of others, or malicious software.
  • snappass may only be used to share data you are entitled to share. The service provider does not know the content of shared messages.
  • The service provider may block access for anyone who breaches these terms or the law.

5. Risks

Using the internet carries common risks such as malware, phishing and interception of data in transit. The service provider encrypts connections to the site (HTTPS) but recommends using up-to-date software and checking that links lead to the webmotion.io domain. The service provider never asks for passwords in a plain email.

6. Complaints

Complaints about the services can be sent to [email protected] with a description of the problem. The service provider replies within 14 days of receiving a complaint.

7. Projects

These terms do not cover website and web application projects. We deliver projects under a signed agreement or our General Terms of Business.

8. Copyright

The content of the site, including texts, graphics and designs, is protected by copyright. You may view it and share links to it; copying or using it for other purposes requires the service provider’s consent, except for permitted use under the law.

9. Personal data

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy policy.

10. Final provisions

  • The service provider may amend these terms for important reasons, in particular changes in the law or in the services. Amendments take effect 14 days after they are published on the site.
  • Polish law applies to matters not regulated here. These terms do not limit consumer rights under mandatory provisions of law, including those of the consumer’s country of residence.
  • These terms are effective from 1 October 2026.
